Ghost Pepper Mango Salsa

Freshly chopped produce, spice, and crunchy tortilla chips make for a quick snack or a great addition to any meal. Our mango salsa is a whole new level of hot with the added Ghost Pepper. The great thing about this recipe is you can control the level of heat. I like mine super spicy so if you like yours on the milder side just add a teaspoon of the Ghost Pepper powder at a time until you get the heat level that is right for you.

  • Finely chop the green onion stalks and cilantro
    3 stalks Green Onion, 2 tbsp Cilantro
  • Combine the onion stalks, cilantro, and mango within a bowl.
    3 stalks Green Onion, 2 tbsp Cilantro, 3 Ripe Mangos
  • In a separate bowl mix soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, and ghost pepper powder. Mix until sugar is dissolved.
    2 tbsp Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Brown Sugar, 2 tbsp Lemon Juice, 1 tbp Sonoran Spice Ghost Pepper Powder
  • Combine all ingredients together and enjoy!
