Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line baking pan with parchment paper up to the sides.
Mix together melted butter and sugar using a hand whisk for 1 minute or until the mixture is very smooth and creamy.
10 Tbsp Butter, 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
Add in eggs and vanilla extract and continue whisking for another minute.
2 Eggs, 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Add in melted chocolate and whisk until well-blended.
1/2 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips (melted)
Next, add flour, cocoa powder, cayenne powder, and salt. Mix using a silicon spatula until just combined, then add chocolate chips. Give a quick mix.
3/4 Cup All-purpose Flour, 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, 1/4 Tsp Sonoran Spice Cayenne Powder, 1 pinch Salt
Pour the batter into the pan and bake in the oven for 30 minutes, at this time brownies will seem a little runny in the center but it is okay. Let sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before removing them from the pan. Cut to 9 or 12 pieces and enjoy!
