Grilled Elote

This street food classic is covered in parmesan cheese, butter and habanero grill seasoning make it the perfect appetizer to sink your teeth into. Easy, and delicious!

  • 2 Corn Cobs shucked
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Sonoran Spice Habanero Grill Seasoning
  • Cilantro
  • Limes


  • Spread 1 tbsp butter evenly on each pieces of corn.
  • Add to the grill on medium heat and cook for 15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes until kernels are soft and tender when poked with a knife.
  • Remove from grill and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, habanero grill seasoning and a squirt of lime juice. Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top.
