Saffron Golden Milk

Not only does saffron aid in many health benefits, it also adds a delicate flavor to your golden milk. This warm beverage is the perfect drink to sip after a long day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Milk or Favorite Nut Milk
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 4-6 stems Sonoran Spice Indian Kashmiri Saffron

Instructions

  • In a small pot, whisk milk, honey and spices together over medium heat.
  • Bring to a boil then remove from heat and pout into two small glasses (or one large glass). Top with saffron stems.
