Potato Skins with Cayenne Pepper

  • 3 Russet Potatoes
  • Vegetable Oil
  • 4 strips Bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 tsp Sonoran Spice Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 cups Colby Jack Cheese shredded
  • Sour Cream
  • Green Onions


  • Preheat oven to 425F.
  • Wash and dry potatoes and piece each one with a fork multiple times.
  • Place potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes or until your can pierce through easily with a knife.
  • Cut each potato lengthwise and scoop out the center.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan to cover the bottom, and add each potato skin face down until the edges get golden brown.
  • Remove from pan and season with cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.
  • Add cheese and bacon and place back in oven until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  • Add a dollop of sour cream and chopped green onions.

Spicy Tenders with Ghost Pepper Flakes

For the perfect, shareable appetizer that packs the heat, try these chicken tenders that are seasoned with paprika, garlic powder and ghost pepper. Serve with a side of ranch dressing to cool down each bite.

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast Cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Sonoran Spice Ghost Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp Hot Sauce


  • Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  • In a shallow dish or bake ware, combine flour, breadcrumbs, paprika, ghost pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and salt. Toss to combine.
  • In a separate bowl combine egg and hot sauce. Dip each piece of chicken in your hot sauce mixture then the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it into the chicken.
  • Place each piece on the baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes then flip them over.
  • Make sure they are no longer pink inside. Sprinkle with additional ghost pepper flakes if desired and serve with ranch.

  • 1 can 15.5 oz Chickpeas or Garbanzo Beans drained
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

  • Add all ingredients to a food
    processor and continue to pulse until mixture becomes creamy.

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sonoran Spice Company Carolina Reaper Powder


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Combine spices into a small bowl and set aside.
  • Pat wings dry with a paper towel and season with the spice mixture. Coat with flour and place them skin side down onto the pan.
  • Spray with cooking spray and bake for 30 minutes. flip then over and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Place them onto a paper towel covered plate and let cool for 5 minutes.

  • 1 1/2 cup Uncooked Macaroni
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 cup Milk

  • Cook for about 2 minutes, whisking constantly until you reach desired consistency.
  • Add in shredded cheddar cheese, and jalapeno powder and stir until the melted and smooth.
  • Add drained macaroni to sauce and stir until coated. Stir in jalapenos.
  • Sprinkle with breadcrumbs or panko and broil in the oven for a crispier finish.
